During this time period your body requires the protein and energy derived from Carbohydrates, such as fruit and vegetables, including garlic, onions, sprouts, asparagus, and citrus fruit (grapefruit oranges lemons and limes) nuts pulses seeds cereals fibre honey milk and yogurts

Carbohydrate 2 3 & 4
During this time period your body requires the proteins and carbohydrates derived from Carbohydrates such as fruit vegetables nuts pulses seeds cereals honey rice and potatoes.

During Carbohydrate periods use oils that are derived from nuts – vegetables – seeds
During Carbohydrate periods your body is receptive to vinegar

During Carbohydrates periods if you wish you can indulge in:
tea/coffee/chocolate/cakes/pastries/bread/crisps fizzy drinks & alcohol/gravies/sauces/curry sauces/soups/condiments/ice cream/smoothies/milkshakes/breakfast cereals
ur body is not receptive to Salt/Sodium during Carbohydrate periods, always check food packaging labels for salt/sodium content, if salt/sodium levels are high do not consume, wherever possible avoid man made processed foods

Eat as and when you are hungry and in relation to the energy you use

During Carbohydrate periods your body does not require the nutrients and energy derived from fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs, pork, red meat, cheese butter, salt
Your body is in the process of breaking down the matter you consumed in the previous Protein period during Carbohydrate periods, consuming proteins and salts as listed for protein periods causes
