Protein Periods

 

During Protein periods your body skeleton and major organs are at their strongest and require regular exercise to remain healthy supple and strong

 

Take regular exercise during each Protein period, during Protein periods that fall during water and flannel 2 periods you require 1/2 the amount of exercise as during a protein period that falls during moisturising periods

 

Consume Protein prior to your exercise session and shortly afterwards

 

Drink water before during and after each exercise session

 

If you are new to an exercise regime take it slowly and dont over do it, as you exercise during each protein period you will gain in strength and fitness levels will increase

 

To increase muscle mass increase your consumption of Proteins and increase your level of exercise
