Protein Periods

During Protein periods your body requires the fats and proteins derived from different types of sources (see below) it is also during the protein period that the body requires salt and water



Protein 1
During this time period your body requires proteins derived from Poultry (Chicken/Turkey) Game (Duck/Pheasant) and Eggs

 


 

Protein 2
During this time period your body requires the proteins derived from Pork

 

 

 

 

Protein 3
During this time period your body requires proteins and fats derived from Lamb and Goat and products derived from these such as cheese butter and milk (no more than 2 ½ pints of milk for children and 1 pint milk for adults during this entire period, approx 2.3 days)


 

 

 

Protein 4
During this time period your body requires the proteins and fats derived from Fish rich in Omega 3 & 6



 

 

 

Protein 5
During this time period your body requires the proteins and fats derived from Beef and products derived from these such as cheese butter and milk (no more than 2 ½ pints of milk for children and 1 pint milk for adults during this entire period, approx 2.3 days)

 

 

Protein 6
During this time period your body requires the proteins and fats derived from Shell Fish rich in Omega 3 & 6

 

 

Wherever possible consume the correct Protein for the correlating stage of the DNA cycle, if for example you do not like fish replace with a protein you do like such as poultry/pork and take a fish supplement containing Omega 3 and 6

 

Red Meat

If you do not like certain types of proteins such as fish chicken or pork do not replace with red meat, red meat and derivatives of red meat should only be consumed during Protein 3 & 5

 

Eat as and when you are hungry and in relation to the energy you use


 

Water


During each Protein Period your body requires at least 2.5 litres of water

 

Ensure that you drink water before during and after exercise

 

 

 

Salt

It is during Protein Periods that your body requires small amounts of salt, these can be found in their natural sources, use salt for seasoning and/or whilst cooking during all protein periods

 

Freewill

 

During Protein periods your body does not require the nutrients and energy derived from fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and sugars, these are toxic to the body during these times and lead to

 

High Sugar Levels - Production of Fat - Digestive Problems

 

Of course it is entirely your choice what you pass through your lips during these time periods, it is Lunatips intention to inform you as to which foods your body requires and when it requires them, it is your freewill whether or not you implent Lunatips
